A stranger attempted to kidnap an 8-year-old boy from his mother in a shocking incident at a Bronx subway station last week, cops said Monday.
The boy and his 35-year-old mother entered the Fordham Road station around 9:15 p.m. Tuesday and walked down the stairs, toward the southbound D line platform, when the creep grabbed the youngster from his mother’s hand without saying a word, police said.
The woman started screaming for help and struggled with the suspect, who finally let go of her son’s hand, according to cops and police sources.
He continued staring at the mother and son after the incident — but then took off as a crowd started to form, cops said.
