Barbados: Flow keeps on giving and improving service

Delivering value for customers remains a priority for Barbados’ leading telecommunications provider amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

As the country goes through a ‘national pause’ for the next two weeks, Flow is once again seeking innovative ways to ensure customers stay connected to the things that matter most.

“While the economy has been hardest hit by COVID-19, the situation also has the potential to increase the digital divide for some Barbadian families, so we have taken proactive steps to ensure the products and services we offer reflect this reality,” said Marilyn Sealy, Senior Manager, Communications, South Caribbean, Flow.

“There is no doubt the need for connectivity is urgent and we know customers are heavily relying on our services, and likewise, we are committed to providing reliable connections and the greatest possible value wherever possible.”
