Confining someone behind bars should be a punishment meted out to that individual for committing breaches while in society.
But, a number of inmates in Jamaica’s penal system have thrown cold water on this notion after a video emerged of them hosting a ‘high roller’ party behind bars!
The men are seen decked out in the latest designer wear and are also heard boasting of their exploits.
The video reportedly caught the attention of Prime Minister Andrew Holness, who vowed that stringent penal actions would be meted out to individuals who are involved in such incidents.
