Dominican Republic: The new rules for the Metro SD

The Office for the Reorganization of Transport (Opret) reported yesterday that it will apply new hygiene and regularization measures that will be implemented as of the resumption of Metro and Cable Car service, tomorrow, Wednesday 20, as part of the prevention plan designed to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

The prevention plan includes new signs that will indicate the place where users must be placed when they enter the stations, in order to keep a safe distance while waiting for the train and thus avoid crowding. In addition, the use of masks will be mandatory, as it has been implemented in all public and private spaces, as well as adequate hand hygiene.
