The proposal was presented to Pedro Brache and César Dargam, president and executive director of the National Council of Private Enterprise (Conep); Celso Juan Marranzini and Circe Almánzar, president and executive vice president of the Association of Industries of the Dominican Republic (AIRD) and Federico Domínguez, José Manuel Torres and Daniel Liranzo, president and executive director of the Dominican Association of Free Zones (Adozona).
