Haiti: JetBlue unveils its schedule of summer flights for Haiti

Tuesday, June 4, the airline JetBlue unveiled its summer schedule for flights from four of its flagship cities to the Toussaint Louverture International Airport in Port-au-Prince.

JetBlue recalls that it offers service between more US cities and Port-au-Prince than any other airline, including non-stop flights between Port-au-Prince and John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and Orlando International Airport (MCO).

To meet the growing demand for travel, JetBlue will operate one of its daily flights from JFK will include additional seats during the summer season, with a larger aircraft, an A321 which represents a 5% increase in the number of seats compared to summer 2018.

“We are pleased to offer our customers extended summer schedules that meet their travel demand in Port-au-Prince,” said Giselle Cortes, Director of JetBlue International Airports. “We remain committed to providing our award-winning service at competitive rates to the Haitian community and will continue to review travel demand, ensuring that our flights and capabilities match existing demand.”
