A Queens rape suspect who stalked his victim as she stepped off a city bus turned himself in, police said Tuesday.
Matthew Luna, 27, followed a 20-year-old woman along 54th St. and Skillman Ave. in Woodside Friday night, shoved her against a car, threatened to murder her and raped her, cops allege.
He surrendered with his lawyer at his side Monday, cops said.
Luna, of Long Island City, is charged with rape, stalking, committing a criminal sexual act and assault.
In 2010, Luna was arrested on charges he committed a criminal sex act against a victim under the age of 11, police sources said. The disposition of that case was not immediately known.
