A Bronx mom and her teenage son were found bludgeoned to death in their apartment Sunday afternoon.
Marisol Ortiz, 51, and her 14-year-old son, Alanche Delorbe, 14, were found in their apartment at 185th St. at Southern Blvd. in Belmont just before 3:40 p.m.
Ortiz’s 22-year-old daughter, who also lives in the apartment, discovered their bodies alongside what police believe was the murder weapon — some kind of exercise weight, cops said.
Ortiz was found on the floor of one room, her son on a bed in another, police sources said.
Both victims had head trauma, and police think Ortiz may have also been stabbed in the head, though an autopsy will determine how she died, sources said.
Officers want to question Ortiz’s boyfriend, said police sources.
Distraught relatives visited the apartment building on Sunday evening.
“He is my nephew, the son of my brother! My brother! Oh my god! Oh my god! Oh my god!” a woman shouted in Spanish.
“The only thing I heard was when the daughter started screaming,” said Iris Rosa, who lives in an apartment upstairs. “She was just screaming. She probably saw her mother and her brother dead.”
