A Queens woman was viciously slashed across the face by a misogynist mugger making unsolicited comments about her looks and his chilling desire to “marry” her, the victim and police said Monday.
“He said I was pretty, then asked me if I was scared,” Dana Sagona, a 31-year-old city librarian, told the Daily News as she described her scary Sunday morning attack in Williamsburg.
She said her assailant flew into a violent rage when she rejected his creepy come-on and told him she wasn’t afraid.
“I said, ‘No,’ and then he grabbed me by the neck, maybe the shoulder,” she recalled. “I felt like I was going to be raped.”
