In a hurry and forgetting the protective helmet, Fernando Montero, of 23 years of age, ignited his engine to leave to throw gas ( LPG ), since when arriving at house to have lunch, as usual, he did not find food because that fuel had run out.

That haste almost cost him his life, because on the way he was rammed head-on by a public transport car, losing consciousness and waking up at the Ney Arias Lora hospital, with the surprise that he was quadriplegic.

This history is part of those that are recorded daily in trauma hospitals, which diagnosed between 4 thousand 800 and 7 thousand 200 people with this type of condition and other similar, such as paraplegia, in the last five years, the result of injuries by collisions on public roads.
