The President of the Councils of State and Ministers, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, condemned and rejected the attempt to impose, through a coup d’état, a servile government to the US in Venezuela.
In his Twitter account, the president published: “We strongly condemn and reject the attempt to impose, through a coup d’état, a servile government on the US in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
He also ratified the invariable solidarity with the government of constitutional President Nicolás Maduro.
Also, the Minister of Foreign Relations, Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla showed the “firm support and solidarity of Cuba with the constitutional President Nicolás Maduro in the face of the coup attempt”.
The Cuban FM also stated on Twitter that “the sovereign will of the Venezuelan people will prevail over imperialist intervention. History will judge those who encourage and recognize coup usurpation.
