An enraged tour bus driver stabbed a rival during an argument over a parking spot next to Battery Park on Sunday — then hopped into his bus and sped off, police sources said.
The feud began around 3 p.m. when both drivers realized they were gunning for the same coveted spot on State St. near Pearl St., sources said.
The men got out of their vehicles, which were both empty, and argued. As the spat became heated, one of them pulled out a sharp object and stabbed the other in the right arm, according to sources.
The suspect, believed to be in his 40s, then got back in his bus and drove off down State St. Police say he was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black jacket. It wasn’t immediately clear what company he worked for.
