NYC: Brooklyn man shot in the chest identified his killer before he died: cops

A man shot near his Brooklyn home pointed out his killer before he died, police said Wednesday.

Mohammed Grine, 23, identified 23-year-old James Raccagna as the alleged assailant, who was still on the scene of the fatal shooting when cops arrived at 20th Ave. near Shore Parkway Sunday night. Police arrested him at that time, authorities said Wednesday.

Investigators believe Raccagna may have argued with Grine over marijuana before shooting him in the chest, police said. Cops recovered a gun and marijuana at the scene.

Raccagna, who faces murder and weapon possession charges, was arraigned in Brooklyn criminal court Monday and ordered held without bail. He returns to court Friday.
