Alleged gangbanger busted in Bronx crackdown now charged in teen’s 2011 murder

An alleged Bronx gangbanger charged in a federal crackdown this summer is now accused of the 2011 slaying of a teenage boy.

Nathaniel (Juntao) Fludd, 31, who was indicted in June alongside 19 other alleged members of the MacBallas gang, is accused of fatally shooting Jose Webster on Sept. 15, 2011 — less than two weeks before the victim’s 16th birthday.

The teen was shot at least 15 times on Teller Ave., a few blocks from his home in the Webster Houses.

The MacBallas used violence, robberies and murder to assert their drug-dealing dominion over the Andrew Jackson and Melrose Houses, and Fludd is linked to at least one other slaying, the feds allege.

He and Deandre (D Nice) Morrison — who earned a reputation at Rikers Island as a serial slasher — are accused of shooting and killing Daniel Delgado, a rival gang member, on Aug. 1, 2001.

New federal documents released last week accuse Fludd of killing Webster for pay, and to gain status in the gang.
