Haiti: France grants $25K for FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup France 2018

Haiti - France 2018 : US$25,000 assistance from the Senate for the preparation of our Grenadières U-20

Since the qualification of our young Grenadières to the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup France 2018, http://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-23406-haiti-flash-our-grenadieres-u-20-qualified-for-the-world-cup-france-2018.html the financial aid is multiplying to allow them to have a preparation in the best conditions to face worthily this World Championship.

After a check for 10,000 US dollars from the Mayor of Croix-des-Bouquets Rony Colin in his own name, http://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-23482-haiti-news-zapping.html ; a bonus of approximately US $1,000 to each Grenadières awarded by the Jean Vorbe Group, it is the Senate’s turn to announce a contribution of $25,000 to our national team.

Thursday, the Senate received our Grenadières U-20. On the initiative of Senator Pierre Paul Patrice Dumont, the President of the Standing Senate Committee “Education, Youth and Sport” a plaque of honor and merit was awarded to the teammates of Nérilia Mondésir aka “NiriGol” and Sherly Jeudy to whom we owe the goal of qualification of Haiti thanks to a decisive pass of NiriGol. In addition, Senator Dumont presented a check of US $ 25,000 to Yves Jean Bart aka “Dadou”, President of the Haitian Football Federation (FHF), to help prepare the team for the World Cup France 2018, which will take place from 5 to 24 August.
